Only 22% of US adults knew what podcasting was in 2006. Fast forward to 2022, that number grew to 79%. Consequently, podcast advertising spend is on a meteoric rise, predicted to sail past $6 billion in 2026. But you don’t need to spend money to leverage the power of podcasts to promote yourself or your product. You can do it for free by guesting on other people’s podcasts.
If you are a podcaster, author, professor, content creator, or anyone who wants to promote your work, you simply need to start guesting on podcasts.
1) Generating shareable content!
You may be the guest on the episode, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t the star of the show.
It will be your name plastered on the episode title, and it will be you carrying that particular episode. It is essentially content about you but not made by you, whereas if you were to make your podcast, that would be about you and made by you. Read More

If you were to order a soft drink at a cafe, chances are you’d ask for a Coca-Cola. This is an example of how branded products stand out from the competition and are sought after by customers. Read More
What is the ideal podcast episode length in 2023? That’s a great question! And I’d love to give you a quick answer and send you on your merry way to create another amazing podcast episode.
But alas, it’s not that simple. Sure, I could break out my scientific calculator, run some numbers, carry a 1 here, solve for x there, and I could, hypothetically, come to a figure that I could present to you as the exact time a podcast episode should run for…
35 minutes, and 37 seconds…
But don’t quote me on that! There is a good chance I did, indeed, forget to carry the aforementioned 1, or did not take into account the fact that Mercury was in retrograde when I first started the equation, and so would then not have been able to extrapolate this figure with the necessary accuracy…Read More

We create and publish guided meditations andmusic tracks through our expanding network ofpodcasts and YouTube Channel. We started withjust one podcast Meditation for Women back in2018, and now have 8 podcasts and 1 YouTubeChannel available at your fingertips. Each one ofthese podcasts were created with the feedbackfrom our listeners, who are constantly letting usknow what kind of meditations they desire.
We believe that meditation is an incredible tool to quiet the mind so you can get to know yourself intimately. And when you know yourself, when you practice over and over again listening to your inner voice, you know what you need and you know what decisions to make. You’re able to separate the “noise” of the world (anxiety about current events, for example) from the “voice” inside, who guides you to peace.
