Use these podcast one sheet examples to create your own and increase your chances of getting booked as a podcast guest.

Being a podcast guest is a worthwhile marketing strategy if you’ve got a brand to grow, a book to promote, or something else to shout about. And whatever your motive is, making a guest appearance (or two) is one of the most effective ways of getting in front of a new audience.

Sounds simple enough. Right? But how do you actually get booked on a show?

For a host to invite you onto their show means you’ve got to tell them why they need you. What value will you provide their audiences with? A podcast one sheet is the perfect place to do that.

Edison Research announces the comprehensive U.S. Top 50 Podcast chart for Q2 2022. This list ranks the 50 biggest podcasts by audience size, based on Edison Podcast Metrics.

Although the top six podcasts held on to their rankings since last survey, there are several new entrants to the list. The biggest gainers within the top 15 podcasts are “NPR News Now” (gaining 3 positions, up to #13) and “Smartless” (gaining 4 positions, up to #15 ). Two shows make their first appearance in the top 50: “The Glenn Beck Program” and “Ear Biscuits.” Returning to the top 50 are “Last Podcast On the Left” and “Pardon My Take.” The comedy-horror “Last Podcast on the Left” saw the largest increase among the top 50 shows, going from 60th to 38th. Ear Biscuits, also a comedy podcast, gained strongly as well, perhaps aided by the springtime debut of their Food Network television show. Read More

In 2008, iPod Mini was launched as a very innovative product by Apple. I was at the Ample Showroom at Forum Mall. The sales person showed me the benefits of iPod Mini that apart from songs there was something call talk shows called Podcasts. I bought the iPod Mini and a Bose headphones. The next 2 years before my I lost my iPod Mini from my car, I was introduced to the world of podcasts. There were no Indian Podcasts back then. So most of the Podcasts I heard during my morning and evening walks were from Harvard, Stanford, MIT and other US Universities on leadership and management. Read More
