Over the past few years, I’ve grown my podcast to over 10 million downloads and made podcasting my full-time job.

I’ll share the exact income streams I’ve built to support my podcast and walk you step-by-step through the 11 best ways to monetize your podcast.

We’ll cover everything from negotiating sponsorship deals to whether you should have exclusive content behind a paywall, so you know how to make money from your own podcast.

Podcast Advertising & Sponsorships

The most popular podcast monetization strategy is podcast advertising. Most successful podcasts include host-read advertisements in their podcast content, but they can also include pre-recorded ads.

What is the Audio-Technica AT2035?

The Audio-Technica AT2035 is a cardioid condenser microphone designed for professional audio recording applications. It is known for its versatility and is commonly used in studio settings for recording vocals, acoustic instruments, and other sound sources.

The cardioid polar pattern of the microphone means that it captures sound primarily from the front while minimizing pickup from the sides and rear, reducing background noise and providing focused audio capture.

Key features of the AT2035 include its wide frequency response (20Hz to 20kHz), making it suitable for capturing a broad range of frequencies. It also has a switchable 80Hz high-pass filter, which helps reduce low-frequency noise such as handling vibrations and room rumble. Additionally, the microphone has a -10 dB pad that allows it to handle high sound pressure levels without distortion. Read More

They were initially designed to help reach a broader audience by improving accessibility. Transcriptions are the perfect tool for helping people who may have difficulty hearing or understanding video or, in this case, audio content. They ensure everyone can enjoy your message!
